As an estimator, you will be a member of the sales team, seeking new opportunities, and developing good relationship with the prospective client and providing the estimated cost to complete our scope of work and to be able to negotiate a every project worked on. Without the work of an estimator, there will be no new jobs, with no new jobs, there will not be IBK Construction Company.

Project Manager

The project manager is the driving force behind aligning all resources to ensure project profitability, timely completion, and safety. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with the estimator to establish project budgets and skillfully manage labor, equipment, and material resources, all with the aim of achieving successful project completion to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.

In your capacity as a project manager, you will not only oversee the successful completion of projects to meet the client's expectations but also actively contribute to our sales efforts by nurturing client relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

Project Foreman

The foreman is the front soldier in the sales team, what you do will always reflect on the business. Our goal of completing each project efficiently, on time, on budget and safely can only be achieved if the foreman executes his duties well and efficiently.
