The function of the foreman includes but not limited to the following:

• Project layout
• Scheduling of materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project.
• Create daily report for assigned project.
• Ensure proper coordination with other trades.
• Manage all materials, equipment, and labor accordingly to avoid wastes.
