Project Manager

A project manager’s role will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Set project budget.
  • Study and understand assigned projects, 
  • Review estimate with the estimator to create final project budget. 
  • Review contract and make a checklist of what is needed to successfully complete the project. 
  • Establish communication with the project team, as required to ensure to smooth project completion. 
  • Understand and monitor project schedule.
  • Work with Project Foreman to ensure materials, equipment and labor are scheduled on time to meet.
